Chetan Dube, CEO and Chairman of Quant and a visionary in artificial intelligence, has consistently led pioneering efforts in the field. He first built IPsoft into a groundbreaking leader in autonomics, followed by Amelia, the top company in conversational intelligence. Now, he is driven to make Quant the market leader in superintelligent digital employees. With a background in theoretical computer science and experience as an Assistant Professor at NYU, Dube's innovative approach has earned him recognition as one of Forbes' top 10 most influential minds in AI and the title of Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young. His leadership at Quant reflects his commitment to revolutionizing how businesses interact with intelligent systems, solidifying his role as a key figure in the AI revolution.
Erich Clementi
Erich Clementi is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at E.ON, a position he assumed in 2023. With an extensive career spanning over three decades, Clementi is renowned for his expertise in digital transformation and corporate strategy. Before joining E.ON, Clementi held senior leadership roles at IBM, where he served as Senior Vice President of Global Markets and Chairman of IBM Europe. During his tenure at IBM, Clementi was instrumental in driving global strategy and managing key client relationships. In addition to his role at E.ON, Clementi is also a member of the Supervisory Board at Lufthansa, reflecting his diverse leadership across industries. His leadership at E.ON is focused on steering the company through the accelerating energy transition in Europe, aligning with E.ON’s strategic goals for sustainability and innovation.
Nick Santhanam
Nick Santhanam is the CEO of Fernweh Group, an investment firm that focuses on transforming the industrial and industrial technology sectors through its innovative engaged investor and operator model (EIOM). Before joining Fernweh, Santhanam had a distinguished career as a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led the global industrials practice. During his time at McKinsey, he played a pivotal role in organizing major industry events, such as the Global Industrial Leadership Summit (GILS) and the Industrial-Tech CEO event. In addition to his leadership at Fernweh, Santhanam is co-author of the book The Titanium Economy, which highlights the resurgence of the U.S. industrial sector and its potential to drive economic growth. He also serves on the advisory board of the Smithsonian Libraries. Santhanam holds an MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Ford and Palmer Scholar.
Mark Minevich
Mark Minevich is a globally recognized futurist, artificial intelligence expert, and digital strategist. He is the founding partner and President of Going Global Ventures, an advisory and investment firm focused on AI and emerging technologies. Minevich is also a Senior Fellow at the U.S. Council on Competitiveness and the Global Federation of Competitiveness Councils, where he helps shape global digital transformation policies. Throughout his career, Minevich has served as an advisor to major corporations like Hitachi and IPsoft, and is the Chief AI Officer for Canadian Growth Investments. He has held prominent roles such as Chair of AI Policy at the International Research Centre for AI under UNESCO and co-founded the Digital Pioneers Network, aiming to drive responsible AI innovation.
Martijn Gribnau
Martijn Gribnau is the CEO of de Volksbank, a role he has held since 2020. With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, he has held numerous executive positions at major institutions like ING Bank, Postbank, and Nationale-Nederlanden, including CEO roles in Hungary and Bulgaria for ING Insurance. Prior to joining de Volksbank, Gribnau served as Chief Transformation Officer and Chief Operations Officer at Genworth Financial, a Fortune 500 company in the U.S. Gribnau’s leadership at de Volksbank focuses on fostering a socially responsible and sustainable banking model under the bank’s mission of "Banking with a human touch." His extensive international experience and expertise in transforming large organizations have positioned him as a key figure in reshaping de Volksbank's future strategy.
